Bar scale

DATE:2020-09-14 10:17:44

Bar scale is designed specifically for weighing special sized trays and positions that require frequent movement. At the same time, it takes into account the measurement environment that requires waterproofing and anti-corrosion for users during measurement. The bar scale is made of stainless steel material and equipped with stainless steel sensors. The scale body can be connected to the optional weighing display for measurement, which is suitable for weighing measurement environments with high requirements for waterproofing and corrosion resistance. Suitable for weighing and measuring goods with adjustable width and alternating use of trays of various sizes.

Operation of bar scale:

1. Maintain good weighing habits during use. During the weighing process, try to place the goods in the middle position of the electronic weighing scale, so that the four sensors of the weighing scale can balance the force. Do not weigh in one corner frequently for the sake of convenience, which may cause uneven force on the sensor and affect the service life of the electronic weighing scale.

2. When weighing, overloading should be avoided to ensure that the platform scale is not damaged and the measurement is accurate. Regularly clean the debris next to the sensor to avoid touching the weighing sensor, causing inaccurate weighing, jumping, and other phenomena.

3. It is prohibited to perform arc welding operations on the weighing platform. If arc welding operations must be performed on the weighing platform. Please note: Disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller; The grounding wire for arc welding must be set near the welded area and firmly in contact with the scale body. Sensors must not be used as part of the arc welding circuit.

4. The same phase line connected to the electronic weighing scale must not be connected to inductive loads, such as doorbells.

5. When weighing, the scale body should be placed flat and avoid contact, collision, or vibration with other objects to ensure accurate measurement.

6. Keep all wiring secure and regularly check whether the limit clearance is reasonable to ensure normal use.
