Introduction:

4. The performance of the sensor adopts digital error compensation technology and highly integrated electronic components. The comprehensive compensation of linear, zero point, temperature drift, creep and other performance parameters of the sensor is achieved through software, eliminating the influence of human factors on compensation and greatly improving the comprehensive accuracy and reliability of the sensor.

5. The output consistency error of sensors can reach within 0.02% or even higher, and the characteristic parameters of sensors can be completely identical, thus having good interchangeability.

6. By adopting A/D conversion circuit, digital signal transmission and digital filtering technology, the anti-interference ability of the sensor is increased, the signal transmission distance is long, and the stability of the sensor is improved.

7. Digital sensors can automatically collect data and can be preprocessed, stored, and remembered, with unique tags for easy fault diagnosis.

8. The sensor adopts a standard digital communication interface, which can be directly connected to a computer or connected to a standard industrial control bus, making it convenient and flexible.

9. Digital sensors are integrated by packaging AD, EPROM, DIE (sensor chips) on a PCB, metal block, or ceramic board. By calibrating various temperature and pressure points, the linearity of DIE is calculated, and then processed using AD compensation method.
