Unmanned weighing systems can be divided into two categories: unmanned dynamic weighing systems and unmanned static weighing systems. The unmanned static weighing system can be divided into two methods: close range card reading and long-distance card reading. The weight data obtained by static weighing method is more accurate, the weighing process is controlled more precisely, and the driver can obtain the printed weight sheet in a timely manner. Dynamic weighing is suitable for situations where precision is not required, such as measuring garbage trucks in urban waste disposal sites and measuring product output within enterprises.
The unmanned weighing system using static weighing instruments for remote card reading also requires an infrared matching system. In addition, video surveillance capture systems, automatic voice prompt systems, and signal light alarm systems can be used as auxiliary systems to enhance system control and ensure system safety.
