Come and take a look at the six weighing steps of the unmanned weighing system
The application of any advanced technology is based on the signs of social progress and the needs of social development. In order to effectively manage the transportation and handling of goods, move towards organization, standardization, and scientificity, and improve management level and reduce costs, an "unmanned weighing system" has been established in the comprehensive management departments of various entry and exit yards/stations and transit disposal centers. Let's take a look at its working steps.
1. The vehicle is ready for weighing (with a green light in front of the scale and the barrier closed). Before the vehicle arrives at the weighing scale, the barrier will automatically raise its railing. After the vehicle is weighed, the barrier will automatically lower;
2. After the vehicle reaches the electronic weighing scale, stop it. If the vehicle is completely within the range of the front and rear photoelectric switches, the driver will roll down the window (or get off the car) and swipe the IC card they carry with them in the card swiping area of the ticket box.
3. After the vehicle is fully weighed, the software system automatically reads the gross weight of the vehicle based on the driver's card information. At the same time, the cameras at both ends of the weighing scale automatically take pictures of the vehicle's license plate number. The captured pictures are automatically integrated with the weighing documents and saved to the database.
After the vehicle comes to a stop on the electronic weighing scale, there will be a voice broadcast system to remind the driver that weighing has already begun.
5. Card swiping is successful. After the central control room computer detects the vehicle data, it records and saves the data. At the same time, the camera captures images, and the specific number of captured images depends on the number of cameras.
After the weighing record is completed, the barrier gate will automatically lift, and the driver will drive off the scale. After the vehicle passes completely, the barrier gate will automatically lower and the traffic light will turn from red to green.
The weight of the electronic weighing scale returns to zero, and this weighing process is completed. The weighing of the weighing scale is reset, and the cycle continues; Compared to traditional weighing systems before, this system is now more convenient, improves work efficiency, and reduces personnel.
