Before a weighing instrument malfunctions, there must be signs, which requires us to be careful and meticulous in our daily inspections. We cannot be careless or perfunctory. In daily maintenance, we should regularly check the gap between the table foundation and the surrounding area, keep it unobstructed, and strictly prohibit garbage, debris, and other blockages to avoid affecting the accuracy of weighing. It is also necessary to regularly check the installation position of the weighing sensor, check whether its installation surface has sinking or cracks, and whether the fixing screws for installing the weighing sensor are loose, to ensure that the installation position of the weighing sensor does not change relative to each other, so that the upper and lower support surfaces of the sensor are parallel to each other. Regularly check the limit device on the weighing table, which should not be too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, the weighing table will get stuck, affecting the accuracy of the weighing. If it is too loose, it will not have a limiting effect. The contact part of the limit device should maintain its smoothness. For adjusting the screw, oil should be added regularly to prevent rusting. For the entire mechanical structure, its rigidity and strength should be checked, and factors such as weld cracking that affect the overall structural rigidity and strength should be examined to ensure the rationality of the loading of the weighing apparatus. It is particularly important to emphasize that short axle vehicles approaching the maximum weighing capacity of the shovel must be prohibited from overloading, as such vehicles can cause significant damage to the weighing apparatus.
