Debugging, Calibration, and Testing Methods for Weighing Sensors in Electronic Automobile Scales

DATE:2025-02-18 14:28:49

1. Accuracy testing:

Starting from zero load, weigh the load at no less than 5 points and place the weights evenly on the scale platform in sequence. Adjust the instrument to ensure that the indication error of each test point meets the allowable error. According to the national standard regulations, these five test points must include the smallest weighing point, the largest weighing point, and the weighing point where the largest error value changes.

2. Discrimination test:

Conduct two-point tests on the maximum and minimum scales. When the load changes by 1.4d (division value), the originally displayed number should change.

3. Overload test:

Add a load of 125% maximum weight to the electronic car scale platform and maintain it at 15-20mn. Then remove the overloaded weight. The maximum indication error of the weighing point should not exceed the allowable error, and the weighing instrument should have an overload alarm indication.

4. Repetitive test:

Choose any point within the weighing range, repeat loading three times, and the three weighing errors should not exceed the allowable error.

5. Record accuracy testing:

According to the tolerance table, weights should be added to the weighing points where the error value changes. The difference between the instrument reading and the weight value should not exceed the absolute value of the tolerance.
