During mass production, the characteristic parameters of the sensors can be completely the same, so they have good interchangeability in application. Replacing a digital sensor on a Class III scale will not affect its metrological performance.
3. Has high stability and strong anti-interference ability
Due to the use of integrated A/D conversion circuits, digital signal transmission, and digital filtering technology, the signal transmission distance of the sensor is greatly increased, up to 1200 meters, and the anti-interference ability is significantly enhanced. The transmission distance of analog signals inside the digital sensor is extremely short, and the sensor housing (elastic body) itself is a good shielding cover. Only these two characteristics determine its advantage in anti-interference ability, which greatly improves the stability of the sensor.

Due to the automatic data collection, preprocessing, storage, and memory functions of digital sensors, as well as their unique labels, multiple sensors can be connected in parallel to check the status of each sensor separately, making fault diagnosis easier.
