The pre arching machine is mainly used for spot welding and fixing U-shaped buckle plates and channel steel in the weighing industry. It is used in conjunction with a special automatic welding machine for weighing instruments and is the previous process of automatic welding. The purpose is to apply pressure in the middle position of the main beam of the weighing platform, causing the entire weighing platform to have a certain degree of curvature, spot welding and fixing, and achieving pre deformation of the workpiece.
